1. This machine is used for cleaning flat glass in thickness 3-12mm, adopt vertical structure, glass are placed on the transmission roller, through feeding section, washing section and drying to discharge section, the total power is 16.5kw;
2. The washing section use 3 pairs soft brushes, one pair squeeze roller , the water tank take the super-thickness stainless steel and anti-corrosion material. Tanks are with 2 water heater. The max.washing glass size :2000*2000mm.
3. The drying section adopt recycle wind system winder to supply clean and dry air ,the power is 11kw, through slope wind knife to blow the water on glass.
4. The discharge section set photoelectrical switch to control glass stop safely.
5. The transmission system is toward upper to avoid leakage of water.
6. The electrical heating is with leakage electrical protection system, high safe performance.
7. The transmission section back plate is black PVC film board, beautiful and easy clean,good testing performance.This equipment max function is green friendly-environment, low noise and energy-saving.
