Founded: 2003

Wuxi Shibang Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., or SBM, has long focused on the development and manufacture of such products as hydraulic and pneumatic parts, brakes, induction bearing heaters, detachers and bearing cleaners. SBM is an entity perfectly integrating product research, design, manufacture, installation, debugging and service. With expertise, and advanced manufacture and testing facilities, SBM always takes the lead in new product research and market launching in the above mentioned field. SBM implements a sound quality administration system. Quality is followed up throughout the whole process from the raw material incoming check to finished product shipment from the company. The original quality information will be recorded by every station and responded to properly. Products have passed sample inspection by the local Quality Administration Bureau with a 100% qualification rate. SBM hydraulic ram implements Rexroth criterion from our manufacturing. SBM brake products are built with overseas advanced technology and widely applied to the industries of textiles, steel cable machinery and metallurgy. SBM induction bearing heaters are more competitive than their SKF counterparts: 1) Can heat a broader range of work pieces and bear heavier weight with shorter time 2) Two ways of control, time and temperature. Temperature: 0 - 300oC.
