Xiamen XinTongLian Mould Industry Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer that was founded in 1997, which specializes in the research and development of plastics moulds, die-cast mold, as well as molding products, rapid prototype and assembly of finished parts. Our products are various and top-grade including all kinds moulds of sanitary, pharmaceutical chemicals, architecture materials, machinery and crafts. The customers are not only from China mainland but also from Europe,America,South-east Asian and Middle East. We have 5 series of Moulds and 6 series of products and 5 series of service: 5 series of Moulds: 1) Plastic injection mould , 2) Silicon rubber mould , 3) Die casting mould, 4) Stamping mould, 5) Blowing mould; 6 series of products: 1) auto parts, 2) household appliances, 3) bathroom,4) medical appliances, 5) construction, 6) electrical appliances; 5 series of service: 1) product design, 2) rapid prototype, 3) Mould manufacturing, 4)product manufacturing, 5)finished products assembly. 1. About Factory Our factory covers 4,000 square meters (not building area), we has 1 million US dollars of fixed assets, and 112 employees. In 2011, Our annual turnover was 20 million RMB. 2. Production lines 2 senior engineers, 4 R&D staff, and 6 QC staff, 70 workshop workers, 30sets of production equipments, 5 production lines to keep the production on time and the products in high quality. 3. Excellent organization and outstanding management 1 general manager , 2 manager, 1 factory director, 7 department managers, 2 senior engineers, 4 R&D staff, 6 Q&C staff, and 1 foreign trade business manager lead 4 sales representatives and so on. 4. Quality control and Technology improvement We have 6 members in our Q&C Department, And we import a lot of perfect basic facilities and quality test equipment continuously.
