The company was founded in 1999 July, located in Songxia Town, Changle city, which is a famous concentrated production area of Chinese lace. The company's registered capital is RMB95million with the total investment about RMB280million. The company covers an area of about nearly 80 acres and the total construction area is 32,000 square meters. In 2013, the company achieved operating income of nearly RMB 300million. Since 2013, the company began to steadily promote the second phase project, which is expected to reach an overall production of RMB 500million by 2015. When the second phase project is finished comprehensively, the company's annual output can reach RMB 1200milion. The company's production equipment and technology are well introduced from abroad, such as Italy RPR full computer control texturing machine, Germany Barmag computer control DTY machine, the German Barmag POY computer control production line and other kinds nylon specialized production equipment of international advanced level.
