Leaves is a young, innovative food company with the ambitious goal of becoming the market leader for better-for-you alternative pastas. Leaves' first product is PastaMagic, a grain-free pasta made from buckwheat and chickpea specifically designed to support people with a busy lifestyle. It provides all the nutrients you need to fight your daily battles and the taste you deserve to celebrate your victories. Leaves PastaMagic has a unique nutritional profile, with more than 16g of protein per portion, it's rich in essential nutrients such as Iron, Magnesium, B6, and much more to boost the immune system and sustain you with natural energy throughout the day. Leaves PastaMagic is made with traditional Italian methods, and guarantees a premium, high-quality process from farm to fork. The flours are freshly ground in ancient stone-mills and the pasta is made at low temperatures to preserve nature's goodness. LEaves is a family company run by Nico, an Italian Chef and Sabine, a Dutch health researcher. Their experience allowed Leaves to immediately become one of the hottest and most innovative new health food companies in Europe (with recognition such as being finalist at the prestigious SIAL innovation in food award and many others).
