Kinvara Organic Smoked salmon is part of the Food360 company based in Galway. The Kinvara brand was the first organically certified smoked salmon brand in Ireland . It is a very well know brand with very high quality attached to it. Our salmon are reared organically 5km off the coast of Clare Island on the west coast of Ireland . We use traditional filleting & salting methods to ensure our product never changes in taste & quality. Kinvara has won numerous accolades and awards over the years and remains a clear favourite.
