Company History and Background

Founded: 1984

Alternatif is a family run company, Our founder Mr. Behcet Demirtas has started to grow fruits in 1984. He produced finest fruits and via vendors his products are exported mainly to Austria, Germany, Ukraine, Russia. In 2008-10 Mr. Ali and Fatih entered agribusiness. After that, they congregated under Alternatif Export Import and started to export their produce to London/UK, Milano-Verona/Italy, Dubai, Norway etc… The company is now managed by 3rd generation Mr. Ali Özen. In addition Alternatif Ltd. concentrates on developing its facilities in both fields and packing ability area. Thanks to our young and quality dedicated team, We fairly know the markets’ needs. Besides, Mr. Behcet’s 30 years of experience in the fresh produce we provide best fresh products with best prices. After Mr. Yavuz’s enterence to agribusiness in 2012, company has started to produce products with lowest residue and confidence with GlobalGap certifacation.
