Company History and Background
Founded: 1983
1983 Pickles and Olives, always having special places in traditional Turkish cuisine, had been prepared either in our homes by applying our ancestors’ recipes or produced by small business owners in primitive and unhygienic environments. The aware customer’s need of consuming our traditional pickle taste in a healthy and quality manner have been rising. Then, in 1983, in order to supply this demand, Zey-Tur-San A.Ş. produced Türkiye’s first pasteurized pickle in Gedelek, a village by Orhangazi in green Bursa.
