Turkey is the first country where is moving pounded wheat to the wheat industy and manufacturing sector. The first factory in the production of pounded wheat in Turkey was established during the first world world war. Then; between 1950 and 1960, with the recognizing of bulgur by the population of U.S. and also with the first factories to open; pounded wheat in the country has become the most important product. Americans have opened offices in India and other countries where people likes other rice-style products, to expand the tour of the commercial structure.
